The study examines state-level policies on K-12 online learning. It provides information on specific topics of K-12 online learning policy and practice as well as analysis and discussion of the issues. 11 states were chosen for this study, including: California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.
