The Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) targets resources to both rural and urban areas; supports small business creation and expansion; creates initiatives that support emerging industries; assists Colorado companies in developing export markets and becoming globally competitive. A comprehensive slate of programs within OEDITs divisions work together to offer economic development services for all Colorado businesses new and expanding, traditional and emerging, small and large, including retention programs to assure continued competitiveness of Colorados economic base, and job training to keep Colorados workforce the best in the nation.
