In providing access for students with disabilities to inclusive settings, Colorado ranks fourth in the nation, both in elementary and secondary education but a dearth of data exists to corroborate whether or not school practices are effective in producing productive citizens capable of living independently, with gainful employment, and in meaningful relationships.
